Any obstructions, such as parked vehicles or locked gates, must be cleared before we arrive.
If we cannot carry out the work due to restricted access, a call-out fee may apply.
6. Health and Safety

Clients and the public must stay clear of the work area at all times while work is in progress.
All equipment and tools remain the property of Midgard Tree Services and must not be handled by others.
7. Waste Removal
All arising waste (branches, logs, chippings, etc.) will be removed from site unless otherwise agreed.
If the client wishes to keep logs, woodchips, or other materials, this must be confirmed before work begins.
8. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept payment by bank transfer or other agreed methods.
Invoices not paid within 14 days may incur a late payment charge in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.
9. Insurance and Liability
We carry full Public Liability Insurance and Employers’ Liability Insurance for all work undertaken.
While every care is taken, we cannot be held responsible for damage to underground services, hidden objects, or structures not made known to us in advance.
10. Complaints
We aim for complete customer satisfaction.
If you have any concerns about our service, please contact us within 7 days of completion, and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
