7. Waste Removal

All arising waste (branches, logs, chippings, etc.) will be removed from site unless otherwise agreed.

8. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept payment by bank transfer or other agreed methods.

  • Invoices not paid within 14 days may incur a late payment charge in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.

9. Insurance and Liability

We carry full Public Liability Insurance and Employers’ Liability Insurance for all work undertaken.
While every care is taken, we cannot be held responsible for damage to underground services, hidden objects, or structures not made known to us in advance.

10. Complaints

If you have any concerns about our service, please contact us within 7 days of completion, and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
